  • Designed and shipped internal platforms spanning AI operations, CMS publishing, permissions, vendor operations, and service management across business and technical teams.
  • Designed Scope around evidence trails, confidence signals, review states, and human escalation.
  • Designed role-based access and user-governance workflows across 15 roles, including ownership, audit history, and recurring access reviews.
  • Leading the ongoing, multi-year design of Content Toro; previously designed Zero's service, deployment-evidence, and QA-readiness workflows.
